Lisa Ferranti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Founder & Owner<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Lisa Ferranti founded Through the Garden Gate<\/em> in 1992 alongside her husband, Steve, with a vision of creating a space that felt as welcoming and inspiring as home itself. Following Steve\u2019s passing, she has continued to lead the store with grace and optimism, honoring his legacy while bringing her own joyful energy and refined eye for design to every corner of the business. Greg <\/strong>Ferranti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Designer<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Greg Ferranti, son of founders Steve and Lisa Ferranti, grew up in the world of Through the Garden Gate<\/em>\u2014from unpacking boxes as a child to designing holiday displays as a teen. His early experiences shaped a deep connection to the store and a lifelong appreciation for thoughtful design. Jesus Tumalan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Designer<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Jesus has been a valued member of the Through the Garden Gate<\/em> family for over 20 years. He worked closely with Steve throughout the years \u2014 creating eye-catching store displays, setting up the beloved Christmas installations that customers look forward to each year, as well as interior design services. Jennifer Marshall<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Floral Designer<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Jennifer has been part of Through the Garden Gate<\/em> for over 25 years, learning the art of floral design directly from Steve and proudly continuing his legacy. Her handcrafted arrangements \u2014 seen throughout the store \u2014 bring a timeless, elegant charm that reflects both tradition and creativity. Continuing Steve’s Legacy<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n\n\n In July 2023, Steve passed away unexpectedly. He was a naturally gifted interior designer, deeply loved by both his family and customers. She personally curates much of the store\u2019s inventory, always with an eye for pieces that blend beauty, comfort, and meaning.
You\u2019ll often find Lisa in the shop, chatting with customers, fluffing displays, or helping someone find the perfect gift or finishing touch for their home. With a background in visual design, he returned to the business full-time seven years ago and now plays a key role as a designer. Greg brings a refined, approachable aesthetic to both the store\u2019s collections and the interior design services team.
