If something isn\u2019t quite right, we\u2019re here to help.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">30-Day Return Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To be eligible for a return:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items must be unused, not damaged or altered, and in original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of purchase is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Items:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seasonal or holiday items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sale or discounted merchandise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom or special orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perishable items (such as food, live plants, if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@throughthegardengate.net<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We currently do not offer exchanges. If you\u2019d like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@throughthegardengate.net<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please allow (5\u201310 business days) for processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be email to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For items reported as damaged or incorrect, once we have reviewed and determined the issue, we will notify you whether return shipping costs will be your responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
